Asking questions to get your attention. My complaint is--Time has become too politically biased to warrant a legitimate place in communicating the state of politics in our country.
It has become purposeful albeit subtle in delivering its political agenda. How about a writing regarding accomplishments of Elon.

Deplorable front covers. It used to be honorable people on the cover. That no longer exists
They used to put honorable people on the cover. Now they have some despicable, political clowns on the cover.
This magazine has continued to go downhill year after year. I wouldn't read it anymore even if it were free.
Preferred solution: I would like this magazine to further consider not putting THE UNHONERABLE people they put on the cover .

Missing issue

You offer a print edition. I have spent hours trying to subscribe online.
I can get nowhere. I am happy to have both print and digital. I am in Ottawa, Canada.
A store downtown sells print editions. Why can't I get a subscription of the same ???

Not receiving magazine
I have not received Time in the last 3 weeks. My subscription is valid through November. I also purchased a subscription for a friend, and she is not receiving her copies either.

Not renewing my subscription
I will not be renewing my subscription in June after being a subscriber for 30+ years! I have a doctorate in social work and have loved reading your magazine all these years until recently.
Your incredibly frequent issues with the "Top 100 whatever" is really insulting. Those articles take up a lot of space in your magazine and often involve no work on your reporters part because the summaries are often written by other people. I AM NOT INTERESTED in the "top 100". I am interested in news articles and opinion pieces.
I just subscribed to the Atlantic Monthly.
I am so sorry that your magazine has changed so much in the recent years and seems to be getting even worse each year with even more "top" whatever!

Unjustified request for payment

Dear TIME-Magazine Team,
You have asked me for the 4th time now to transfer the amount of 85.00 EUR for my 1-year subscription of TIME magazine ((invoice date: 15 Mar 2024) .
As I have informed you already by mail that I have paid for my subscription by bank transfer on 3 November 2023, I am not willing to pay again. In my letter I enclosed the bank statement for my transfer.
This should have been proof enough!
Would you please check your account details more carefully in the future, in particular because you have repeatedly requested payment in recent years, even though I had already paid for the subscription. If your billing does not improve, I will unfortunately be forced to cancel my TIME subscription.
I very much hope that your invoicing will improve and I would be very grateful if you would only send me a request for payment once a year..

Customer service line
Called Time customer service to question my subscription billing. As soon as I connected, a message indicated that I would have a 15 minute wait time until someone would answer my call.
This message was repeated every couple of minutes. After approximately 20 minutes, the message changed indicating that I would now have a 2 minute wait time until someone would answer my call. After about 20 minutes of this message repeating every couple of minutes, I'm now receiving a message indicating that my wait time is about 30 seconds. This has go on for 27 minutes and counting.
So, currently on hold for over 55 minutes with seemingly no likelihood of anyone answering. I'm done!
User's recommendation: Don't waste your time calling Time Magazine Customer Service.

Unbelievable Customer Service
I placed an order for a specific addition, double checked my order, and when it processed it just picked a different addition. I wasn't mad, and called customer service to just help me switch my order.
I explained my issue really calmly, and she hung up on me. I emailed in my issue and I'll I got in response was "Single issues are available for purchase." Yeah, I know. I'm emailing about a single issue I ordered. I called again and (again) calmly stated my issue, and the moment I told her my order was incorrect, she immediately hung up on me.
I emailed and just told them to cancel and I haven't heard back. Actually the worst customer service I've dealt with ever with an online shopping experience.
I am so confused as to why they aren't willing to help, and I'm considering cancelling my issue. I do not want to have to deal with this in the future if they mess up something else.
Preferred solution: Cancel my order.
